They also help to lower the associated swelling and soothe any inflammation. The only concern is that Cleveland Clinic has some warning for this tea. They do not advise its use for more than six weeks at a time. A prolonged use could cause a deficiency in Vitamins B. It might help also lead to seizures. Consult with your doctor before resorting to it.

5- Organic celery.

6- Basil.

Try to mix some basil juice with some honey as a teaspoon taken daily. Ancient medicine believes that basil juice helps the body expel kidney stones naturally.
